All services are self-pay and designed for individuals who need extra help with daily living.

We do not provide skilled nursing, therapy, medication administration, wound care, or medical treatments requiring nurse or physician oversight.

 

While Carecera Care is not a licensed home health agency under Alabama law, our caregivers are licensed, bonded, insured, and background-checked for your safety and peace of mind.

We provide non-medical home care and companionship services including personal assistance, housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, and social engagement.

 

2. Do you accept Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance?

Not at this time. We serve self-pay clients but assist families and veterans in exploring long-term care coverage options.

 

3. Are your caregivers screened and background checked?

Yes. Every caregiver is background-checked, reference-verified, and trained. Many are licensed, bonded, and insured.

 

4. How much do services cost?

• Companion Care – starting at $28/hour

• Personal Care Assistance – starting at $32/hour

• Transportation – starting at $35 per ride

Custom care packages are available.

 

5. Do you offer medical or nursing care?

No. We provide non-medical services only, but we can coordinate with local licensed agencies if medical care is required.

 

6. Can I schedule care for a veteran or family member?

Absolutely! We proudly serve veterans and their families with compassionate, personalized care.
